Erica Orlando - NYS Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker
Erica Orlando started her Real Estate Career in Manhattan as a member of The Real Estate Board of NY over 7 years ago where she worked as both an agent and a trainer. After moving her business to Staten Island and joining the Staten Island Board of Realtors, she immediately became active on the board by joining committees such as the Young Professional’s Network, Realtor Day and the Installation Committee. In 2015, she was 1 of 3 realtors out of 2,000, selected on Staten Island to attend the National Association of Realtors Conference in Washington, D.C. an experience that made her more committed than ever to sharing the Realtor brand and enhancing value for its members.
Erica believed her insight and knowledge from working in various areas of the city would be a benefit to the Board and its members. She ran for a Board Director seat on the Staten Island Board of Realtors in 2016 and won after being elected by her peers. She now serves as a Board Director, Chair of the Roundtable Committee, Chair of the Realtor Day Committee and member of the Young Professional’s Network. She believes strongly in and values professionalism while assisting her clients in their real estate transaction. She is extremely motivated and dedicated to each and every buyer, seller and landlord which has lead to a business built on many referrals and a Staten Island Board of Realtors Top Producer Award in 2017.
Before becoming a Realtor, Erica was an Elementary school teacher for several years. Her patience and desire to help others is a part of her nature. Since becoming a real estate agent, she has used the same skills, patience, and determination that she had as a teacher to drive her success.
Erica has continued to grow and expand in her field by becoming an Associate Broker and obtaining her real estate license in the state of New Jersey. She was recently reelected to serve a second term as a Director for the Staten Island Board of Realtors in 2019 for the years 2020 and 2021.
